Would you like to join an established estate agents and work alongside the CeMap qualified Director to grow this side of the business?

This employed, Mortgage Advisor Position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. You would receive a regular source of appointments and leads per week through the branches. In addition you would be able to assist existing clients coming through from the client bank.

• You will be providing advice through a mixture of different methods, including face to face, video and telephone
• Full induction training to ensure you are confident and knowledgeable, plus ongoing mentoring
• Working 5 days per week working within the branch network, possible early evenings on occasions.

• Bonuses on all banked income.

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

• You must have full CeMAP or equivalent and have 2-3 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor, ideally within the estate agency business.
• Have a proven successful track record.
• You should have excellent customer service standards, with great attention to detail.
• You should have full driving licence and access to own transport
• Motivated and driven to achieve and exceed tagets
