At Lawler & Co we are looking for someone with experience in managing sales from the point of being agreed through to completion. You will need to be passionate, energetic, enthusiastic, and able to self motivate in this highly rewarding role. The role of sales progressor is vital to the business, aiding the growth of your branch through liaising with the sales teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients once sale agreed to the sales progression team. Then it would be down to the sales progression team to complete the process smoothly and correctly, to ensure the customer experience is first class. Your passion for this industry will be evident in your commercial awareness, where you will be seen as the ‘hub of knowledge’ – an expert in your team’s and customers needs.

This role is ideal if you have a successful track record in Estate Agency. As a sales progressor, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation with customers. The Role

At Lawler & Co we are looking for someone to work within our sales team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a branch that can give you the platform to excel with real scope for career progression as the business grows. You will need to be passionate, energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated. The role of Sales negotiator is vital to the business, aiding the growth of your branch and by extension the business as a whole ensuring properties are advertised correctly in line with company standards and sales are completed smoothly and correctly, to ensure the customer experience is first class.

This role is ideal for someone wanting to build a career within the real estate market. You will be results orientated and will be responsible for responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximise potential opportunities and meet the branch targets. Main duties

  • Respond to sales enquiries quickly and efficiently, in a polite and informative manner.
  • Conduct viewings on available homes with potential buyers.
  • Maintain excellent communication and customer service levels.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining long and good relationships with customers, clients, and agents with a view to generating more loyalty business.
  • Work as part of the team to deliver sales targets

  • Qualifying and assisting purchasers through the buying process

Knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience  

  • Ideally experience in a customer service sales role ideally within the Property industry, although this is not essential as full training will be given.
  • Outgoing personality with patience – must be confident to build credible rapport fast and talk with everyone at every level.
  • Highly organised with ability to multi-task and follow through.
  • Valid driving license and have own car.
  • Accurate listening and writing skills.
  • Interest in engaging with social media to promote the brand and gain new business.

Viewing representative

Looking for a part time, flexible role in the property industry? We are currently recruiting for a part time sales representative. Main role will involve meeting perspective buyers at properties and working with them to find their ideal home. This will be a role based mainly external to the branch and diary management will be essential.

We are looking for driven and passionate people with drive and ambition. If you are result driven and enjoy a fast paced environment, then come and join our team. You will need to be energetic, enthusiastic with great customer communication skills. Requirements:
