Branch Manger

At Lawler & Co we are looking for someone with proven experience within the estate agency industry including market appraisals and team management. This is a branch that can give you the platform to excel and work as part of a fantastic, established team. You will need to be energetic, enthusiastic with great customer communication skills. We have an excellent team culture within this small and expanding business and offer training throughout your career. This role involves working closely with the Directors to drive the business forward.

The role of Branch Manger is vital to the business, prioritising the growth of the branch through managing your team to ensure all business opportunities are explored.

Your daily roles are:-

• Conducting and following up market appraisals 
• Liaise with clients and customers, this includes, registering clients on our property software, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage advice appointments.
• Overseeing all aspects of the teams processes, including taking and negotiating offers, negotiating sales and sales progression.
• Knowledge of the area would be beneficial however, not essential
• Natural sales ability
• Enjoys working with the public and must have a positive attitude
• Overcoming objections
• Maintaining Client relationships
• Full UK Clean Driving License.
• Good IT skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Full time position

Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission.

Sales Negotiator

We are a successful Stockport based Estate agent with 3 branches.

Working in our office, you must have a proven track record and be target driven. Your main duties would include:

  • Conducting viewings
  • Preparing property details ready to market
  • Leads and canvassing
  • Negotiating between buyer and seller
  • Qualifying and assisting purchasers through the buying process
  • Managing the viewing diary effectively
  • We offer career progression and generous commission structure

Requirements of the successful applicant

  • Outgoing personality with patience – must be confident to build credible rapport fast and talk with everyone at every level.
  • Highly organised with ability to multi-task and follow through.
  • Valid driving license and have own car.
  • Accurate listening and writing skills.
  • Interest in engaging with social media to promote the brand and gain new business.

Viewing representative

Looking for a part time, flexible role in the property industry? We are currently recruiting for a part time sales representative. Main role will involve meeting perspective buyers at properties and working with them to find their ideal home. This will be a role based mainly external to the branch and diary management will be essential.

We are looking for driven and passionate people with drive and ambition. If you are result driven and enjoy a fast paced environment, then come and join our team. Requirements:

  •   Available Saturday’s and atleast one other day in the week

Experience:
