Sales Negotiator

At Lawler & Co we are looking for someone with experience within the estate agency industry. This is a branch that can give you the platform to excel and work as part of the team. You will need to be energetic, enthusiastic with great customer communication skills. The role of Sales Negotiator is vital to the business, aiding the growth of the branch through liaising with your manager and work colleagues to ensure properties are advertised correctly in line with company standards and sales are completed smoothly and correctly, to ensure the customer experience is first class.

Your daily roles are:-
• Liaise with clients and customers, this includes, registering clients on our property software, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage advice appointments.
• Dealing with all aspects of the sales process, including taking and negotiating offers, negotiating sales and sales progression.
• Carrying out viewings
• Knowledge of the area would be beneficial however, not essential
• Natural sales ability
• Enjoys working with the public and must have a positive attitude
• Overcoming objections (training will be provided)
• Maintaining Client relationships
• Much have own vehicle
• Full UK Clean Driving License.
• Good IT skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Full time position
• Must be able to work every other Saturday with a lieu day in the week

Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission.

Trainee Sales Negotiator

Trainee position

We are a successful Stockport based Estate agent with 3 branches.

Working in our office, you’ll learn everything you need to know to become a successful estate agent. You would undertake a comprehensive training programme which will include

  • Conducting viewings
  • Preparing property ready to market
  • leads and canvassing
  • Negotiating between buyer and seller
  • qualifying and assisting purchasers through the buying process
  • Managing the viewing diary effectively
  • We offer career progression and after full traning a high level of commission

Requirements of the successful applicant

  • Outgoing personality with patience – must be confident to build credible rapport fast and talk with everyone at every level.
  • Highly organised with ability to multi-task and follow through.
  • Fast learner – grasping and using CRM software.
  • Valid driving license and have own car.
  • Accurate listening and writing skills.
  • Interest in engaging with social media to promote the brand and gain new business.

Viewing representative

Looking for a part time, flexible role in the property industry? We are currently recruiting for a part time sales representative. Main role will involve meeting perspective buyers at properties and working with them to find their ideal home. This will be a role based mainly external to the branch and diary management will be essential.

Experience:
