I have been involved in many aspects of the property industry for many years and very proud when we opened our 1st branch in Marple, which is an area I know very well. My passion is cooking and I like to try making all cuisines from scratch (happy husband)!! I love self development hobbies and also enjoy country walking and keeping fit.

With extensive knowledge in the property industry I bring a wealth of experience. As a founder director of Lawler & Co I'm proud of what we have achieved over the years and this has given me a great deal of satisfaction. When not in work I spend my spare time relaxing in Trearddur Bay.

Gary Morrissey

I have been in estate agency for nearly 30 years, having started in 1995 and have worked for large corporates as well as local family run firms. I pride myself on working closely with buyers & sellers alike, in achieving their move as smoothly and as stress-free as possible. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family which involves going to gigs/shows and watching football as well as going to the gym and playing five-a-side football. I also enjoy going for walks with our Dachshund "Dougie".

Having been in estate agency for a few years now I have gained knowledge and experience in the industry initially with a corporate agent before moving to Lawler & Co. I enjoy working in a busy environment and building client relationships. In my spare time you’ll find me out with my two horses and springer spaniel enjoying the local countryside.

I have always been interested in the property market and property values before and after works completed on a property. This is due to the fact that I used to do work on properties when I was younger as a career plus this gives me useful knowledge on construction. This sparked an interest in to my liking for estate agency and sales as a whole.

I began my career in the property industry with Lawler & Co back in 2022, over the past couple of years I have gained valuable knowledge to help assist buyers & sellers with the moving process. I enjoy all aspects of the job and the journey we take with buyers, from making the offer to handing the keys over. I have lived in Cheadle Hulme my whole life and know the surrounding areas very well, on the weekends you’ll find me walking in the local countryside or enjoying a Sunday roast at the Jolly Sailor.

I hope to guide clients through the process in a calm and stress free manner. When I get chance I love camping or you may even find me in fancy dress at a retro 80's music festival reliving my youth!
