When I'm not selling properties my children keep me busy playing or watching football or walking around the stunning countryside we are fortunate enough to have on our doorstep.

I have been in estate agency for nearly 30 years, having started in 1995 and have worked for large corporates as well as local family run firms. I pride myself on working closely with buyers & sellers alike, in achieving their move as smoothly and as stress-free as possible. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family which involves going to gigs/shows and watching football as well as going to the gym and playing five-a-side football. I also enjoy going for walks with our Dachshund "Dougie".

Having been in estate agency for a few years now I have gained knowledge and experience in the industry initially with a corporate agent before moving to Lawler & Co. I enjoy working in a busy environment and building client relationships. In my spare time you’ll find me out with my two horses and springer spaniel enjoying the local countryside.

I have always been interested in the property market and property values before and after works completed on a property. This is due to the fact that I used to do work on properties when I was younger as a career plus this gives me useful knowledge on construction. This sparked an interest in to my liking for estate agency and sales as a whole.

I have over 12 years experience in property from working in lettings, selling investments and re-sale homes and have a thorough understanding of the local market. In my spare time, I love keeping fit and watching football, but usually I’m used as target practice and a climbing frame by my two young children, whilst we enjoy family time going to the local parks and eating out.

I really enjoy assisting clients in finding their ideal home and making the move as stress free as possible for them. Living local to the offices gives me excellent knowledge I can pass onto both vendors and buyers.

With over 25 years of experience in the property industry, I have worked across a broad range of the sector, including with established Manchester estate agents and private property investors. I also spent a decade working in London, gaining valuable experience in one of the UK's most dynamic property markets.

I began my career in the property industry with Lawler & Co back in 2022, over the past couple of years I have gained valuable knowledge to help assist buyers & sellers with the moving process. I enjoy all aspects of the job and the journey we take with buyers, from making the offer to handing the keys over. I have lived in Cheadle Hulme my whole life and know the surrounding areas very well, on the weekends you’ll find me walking in the local countryside or enjoying a Sunday roast at the Jolly Sailor.
